These terms govern your use of hiremarco.ai. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by hireMarco LLC, a Florida limited liability company, referred to here as hireMarco, we, or us.

1. What this site is

hiremarco.ai describes our services and lets you apply to work with us. It is marketing material, not a contract and not an offer capable of acceptance.

Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. If you engage hireMarco, the relationship is governed by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement controls.

2. Applying, and the discovery call

Sending an application is free and puts you under no obligation. We review every application and we may decline any of them, for any reason or none. Sending one does not entitle you to a call or to our services, and we take on a limited number of new clients.

If we invite you to a discovery call, the call is also free and puts you under no obligation. We may reschedule or decline a call at our discretion. Calls may be recorded or transcribed. Where a call is recorded, we will say so at the start and you can decline. If you decline, we will not record.

Information you send in an application must be accurate and your own to share. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy. If you give us a mobile number and tick the box agreeing to it, we may text you about your application; reply STOP at any time to end those messages.

3. What we do not promise on this site

Descriptions of our services on this site are general. They describe capabilities we build for clients, not results you are guaranteed to get. What we can actually do for a specific business depends on that business, and is scoped on the discovery call and set out in the services agreement.

Any figures, timelines, or outcomes shown on the site are illustrative unless we expressly say otherwise and identify the source. We make no promise of any particular financial result, and past results do not predict future ones.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems
Scrape, crawl, or harvest the site by automated means except for standard search engine indexing
Introduce malware or anything else designed to interfere with the site
Copy, reproduce, or republish our content for a competing commercial purpose
Submit false information, apply under a false identity, or book calls under a false identity

5. Intellectual property

The site, its copy, design, layout, graphics, and the hireMarco name and marks are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use requires our written permission.

Third-party names or marks mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products in question. Mention of a third-party tool does not imply that its owner endorses us.

6. Human oversight and automated tools

The systems we build for clients are designed, configured, and supervised by people, and some of them use artificial intelligence to carry out routine work. Automated output can occasionally be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, so our engagements include human review and approval points for work that reaches a client's customers.

Output produced by our systems is a working draft, not professional advice and not a substitute for the client's own judgment. Clients remain responsible for what they publish, send, or act on.

7. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, accounting, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as such. Consult a qualified professional for your situation.

8. Third-party links and embedded services

The site links to and embeds services operated by other companies, including our scheduling provider. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

9. Availability

We do not promise the site will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

10. Disclaimer

The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the site's content is accurate, complete, or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hireMarco and its owners, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of this site, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Liability arising from a client engagement is governed by the services agreement, not by this clause.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limits above apply only to the extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold hireMarco harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
